How do I book a transfer?

Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.

Then, click on the “View Prices” button. Select the required transfer class and click "Book" to continue with the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

The timing depends on the vehicle class.

Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.

If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

Once you have completed the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher detailing your booking number and all the relevant information for your trip.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact our manager by email at or via online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via email email, or using the online chat on our website.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during the booking.

For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.

For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.

Detailed meet-up instructions can be found in your trip confirmation voucher. It will also include the driver’s telephone number.

Transfer is booked in advance The carrier knows beforehand when you arrive at the airport: a vehicle will be waiting for you at the taxi rank area, and the driver will meet you as close to the arrival area as the airport rules allow. The same applies to transfers from train stations and hotels. The driver will be waiting for you at the specified place, holding a nameplate with your name and surname on it. This is our service standard. You don't need to search for a car or wait in a queue. Plus, there's no language barrier because our drivers speak English.

The car can be equipped with a child seat Specify the number of child seats and the age(s) of the child(ren) when you make a booking. The seat price will automatically be added to the total on the payment page, and the driver will arrive with the suitable seat(s). You are guaranteed to get a car with the right number of child seats, ensuring a safe, comfortable trip.

Traveling with bulky items Simply indicate on the reservation form that you need a larger vehicle for your skis. The order will be confirmed only if the carrier is able to provide a suitable car. We will check the availability of such a vehicle in the area and then let you know.

A car of a chosen class The car will be of the chosen class or above. The seating capacity is predetermined, indicating the number of passenger spaces and how many standard-sized suitcases can be accommodated. When booking a taxi from a local app at the airport, this may not always be predictable.

Enjoy the quiet The transfer is booked in advance, so the driver has all the information on your arrival. There's no need to negotiate anything. The driver will meet you at the agreed location as specified on your voucher. He will arrive beforehand and will be waiting for you with a nameplate so you don't have to look for him. Simply follow the driver to the vehicle and start enjoying quality time right away.

Get acquainted with the city We try to assign English-speaking drivers to bookings. So, if you're in the mood to learn something about your new country or city, ask the driver to take you on a little excursion and get to know the local culture. Our professional driver will do his best to make you feel special.

The price is fixed The payment is possible in a favorable currency on the website. The rates for our service are known in advance. After making a booking, the price will not change, no matter how much time is left before the trip. For a trip by public transport or local taxi from the airport, you will have to exchange currency upon arrival, and the price is not known in advance.
