Service has been outstanding!!! Very polite and helpful staff. I was very impressed and as it was my first time in Dubai driver was also providing me little tour on the way to the hotel. It was so nice of him! I felt welcomed and would definitely recommend kiwitaxi as reliable provider of services with great customer support!

The driver was there on time, even at bit earlier, he was very courteous, and he arrived in Dubai well ahead of time whilst always driving carefully and observing the speed limit. The car was spacious and clean. So, all in all it was a very positive experience.

The driver was very polite and arrived on time. It helped that he confirmed my name and showed me the reservation details. The car was clean and the driver drove carefully (without being on his cell phone at all). I used kiwi twice and I would recommend it to visitors in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Upon arrival to the Arab Emirates, get ready to organize your travel from the airport to your hotel. Of course, you can use metro which has special carriages for women and children or buses, but we don’t recommend women to travel alone using public transport in the UAE. It is better to take taxis. They are state-owned, and their fares are calculated strictly according to a meter. The price for a trip within a city will be rather reasonable, but if you go outside the city limits or some other emirate, get ready that the trip cost will increase several times. A taxi in the UAE can be easily ordered at the airport or at your hotel reception.

How do I book a transfer in UAE?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.
Then, click on the “View Prices” button. Select the required transfer class and click "Book" to continue with the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer in UAE?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to UAE is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to UAE arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You can also contact the driver by phone or SMS to speed up your meeting at the airport.
Important note: If possible, do not leave the airport with a local taxi service, as we will not be able to refund you.
How do I find my driver before my transfer in UAE?
Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during the booking.
For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.
For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.
