How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

Transfers from Larnaca Airport

The driver will take you directly to the door of your accommodation. This is especially comfortable in case you’re traveling with heavy bags, as you won’t have to carry them from the public transport stop to your hotel in unbearable heat.
It allows you to choose the ideal vehicle for you. There’s 6 kilometers from the airport to Larnaca. It will cost you 21 euros to reach your accommodation in the city using the Kiwitaxi Larnaca airport transfer. The estimated trip duration is 20 minutes.

Taxi from Larnaca Airport

Taxis can be hailed from the designated rank near the terminal building (to the right of the Arrivals area exit, Level 0). There are a few companies providing taxi services in that area — you can also book an airport taxi in Larnaca by calling them. They don’t offer fixed prices — all fares are calculated according to a meter. Always make sure the driver turns on the meter.

It will cost you approximately 15 euros to reach the city center by Larnaca airport taxi. Note that not all drivers have card terminals, so it’s better to prepare cash.

If you travel during the peak season (July-August), be ready for long lines for a taxi at Cyprus Larnaca airport. Also, if you’re a group, be ready to take two or more taxis, as cars at the rank can usually carry 4 persons only. If you want to avoid these problems, pre-book a transfer: this option will allow you to skip all the lines and pre-arrange a big minibus if you’re a group.

Public Transport from Larnaca Airport

The cheapest but least comfortable and convenient transport option is public buses. There are several lines operating to the city — using them will cost you 1.50 euros, and you’ll need to pay the driver in cash. Travel to downtown takes quite a long time — around 50 minutes, as buses make a lot of stops on the way. The pick-up location can be found in front of the terminal building — to the left of the Departures Hall exit. Buses leave from there every 30 minutes until 23:30. There are no night services operating to the city.

There are also some express shuttles going to Limassol, Nicosia, Protaras, Ayia Napa, and Paphos air hub.

Arrivals and Departures Info

There’s only one passenger terminal at the air hub. You can find all the necessary services inside it: banking and currency exchange services, cafes and duty-free shops, lounges and spa, baggage storage, smoking areas, and info booths. If you travel with children, you can use one of its baby changing or breastfeeding rooms or children’s play areas.
