How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.

Transfer in Brazil

Brazil is the largest country in South America, which is world famous for its colorful carnivals and dangerous slums. The most recognizable tourist attractions are located in Rio de Janeiro: they include a giant statue of Christ the Redeemer, the Copacabana Beach, and the Sugar Loaf Mountain. The capital city of the country, Brasilia, is also worth visiting. Although it was founded in 1960, it has some interesting places to see. Brasilia has an original city plan that looks like a plane from a bird's eye view. There are many buildings with unusual architecture in the city, including the Cathedral of Brasília, which is especially prominent.

There are several means of transportation in Brazil: buses, metro, trains, taxis, and transfers. Taxi prices here are close to European. In fairness, we have to say that cities here are bigger. Official taxis are always yellow and have taxi meters. All the rest taxi services in Brazil differ in every city and have their own identification marks. Most importantly, do not hail private taxis, as the crime rate is very high and there have been cases when drivers robbed passengers. There are day and night (after 21:00) tariffs, they are marked as 1 and 2 respectively on taximeters. During the carnival and New Year celebration, it is more difficult to order a taxi, as prices usually increase threefold and it is not easy to find a vacant taxi. Please note that taxis in Rio de Janeiro have two service areas: northern (N) and southern (S). If a taxi leaves its service area, prices rise two-fold.

If you want to know the final cost of a taxi in advance or want to go to the country on holidays, it's better to book a transfer in Brazil with the Kiwitaxi service.
