How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

Transfer in Mexico

Mexico is not only soap operas, tequila, and dancing in sombreros, but also the cradle of great and mysterious civilizations of Maya and Aztec. Just 500 meters from the capital of Mexico, there are the ruins of the Aztec city of Tenochtitlan which can be seen for free. Fifty kilometers from Mexico City, there is the mysterious and abandoned city of Teotihuacan. On the Yucatan Peninsula, 120 km from the city of Merida, one can find the famous pyramid of Kukulcan — one of the few buildings of the Mayan city of Chichen Itza which has survived to the present day. In order to enjoy beach holidays and take a swim in the Pacific Ocean, go to the famous resort of Acapulco.

The most comfortable way to reach these sights is by car, but never catch a taxi in Mexico on the street: this country has a high crime rate. Although it is much calmer in the capital and the resorts of the country, it is better not to risk at all. Because of that, in Mexico, one can even find special taxis for women — pink-colored vehicles equipped with alarm buttons. Drivers of such cars are women, as well.

When in Mexico, it is better to order an official taxi. You can do that by phone or using a mobile app or take it at special stands at the airport. Official cars are yellow-colored, but in Cancun and Yucatan, one can also find white-colored ones with green stripes. In Mexico City, vehicles are usually equipped with meters, but in smaller locations you will need to negotiate the price beforehand. As a rule, drivers don’t give change. Rates increase at night. When making an order, specify the vehicle you need, as they can provide you with a more expensive minivan. Another transport option you may choose to travel in Mexico is local buses and shuttle buses, but keep in mind that it is not the fastest and most comfortable way to get to your destination.
