Kirill is excellent. Very caring, helping, intelligent with great driving skills. In our short drive home we had a guided tour around dinner of the Barcelona's famous neighbourhoods and landmarks and had a lecture on history of the city. Overall top notch service and great value for money.

Amazing drivers, on time, very nice and professionals. With very harsh conditions in Sierra Nevada, this was not an easy transfer. Wind, snow, very cold and the necessity of chains, made it a very tough trip. They made it look simple. Thank you!

The driver met me upon my arrival to the airport and provided a smooth transportation to girona, even though it was late at night. My flight was delayed 3 hours, so I had to book an unexpected taxi, and thankfully he was available! So thankful that this worked out, and the transfer was great too:)

I liked it All. It was simply perfect. I had a call from the driver 10 minutes before department (pickup) from our hotel to the airport, and the driver arrived before schedule. We were 4 persons with 4 big suitcases, so I had ordered a bigger Van, which we had (with a young female driver who was very competent) so all was perfect. I will absolutely order transportation from this company during my next visit to Gran Canaria (even it was a little expensive). It was value for money.

The service was VERY satisfactory. Our driver greeted us kindly even though we were late due to flight delay and short staffing of the Non EU passport control area. The driver took our bags, offered us water and sweets once settled. The vehicle was spotless and his driving was passenger friendly.

How far in advance should I book a transfer in Spain?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Spain is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Spain arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You can also contact the driver by phone or SMS to speed up your meeting at the airport.
Important note: If possible, do not leave the airport with a local taxi service, as we will not be able to refund you.
How do I find my driver before my transfer in Spain?
Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during the booking.
For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.
For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.
