How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.

Transfers from Burgas Airport

Burgas airport (BOJ) is the second biggest and busiest one in the country. It’s convenient to choose this air hub if you are planning to visit such Bulgarian cities as Sunny Beach, Burgas, Nessebar, Sozopol,Sveti Vlas, Pomorie, Varna and others.


Among various means of transport, it is better to opt for a Burgas airport transfer. There are some  reasons for it:


  1. No delay upon arrival. The driver meets you, helps with your baggage and get you straight to the doorstep of your hotel or accomodation.

The fare of the transfer from Burgas airport is 17 euros. There is 10 km between the air hub and the resort. The transfer will take you to your destination in 10–15 minutes. 


Taxi from Burgas Airport

The official taxi at the air hub is Eko Taxi. It works since 2009. You’ll easily recognize the yellow cabs. 


You can make an order by phone, on the official website or contacting with representatives of the company awaiting at Terminal 2. 


Eco taxi at Burgas airport offers only three types of vehicles: for 4, 6, 8 passengers. Public Transport from Burgas Airport

Apart from the transfer, you can get only one means of public transport to reach the nearest town Burgas. Use bus No 15 which take you to the central bus station. There you can get a small minibus or a bus to other towns.


The bus stop is easily found at the exit of Departures Terminal. But think over it one more time. If you travel with kids, do you really want to ride through the city by bus after the tiring flight with all these heavy suitcases?


Yes, travel time is only a bit longer than by car, about 20 minutes. The ticket fare is € 0.51 (1.00 BGN).  But all this fuss is not worth saving money. 

Booking an airport transfer from Burgas Airport
