Decided quite late to leave the cruise ship and take the option of an o’night stay in Bangkok. Checked out a few transport options and settled on Kiwitaxi and we’re glad we did. Seamless booking, kept in contact, leading up to pick up, very pleasant, safe and efficient driver, very little English (and our Thai is non-existent) but he had all the information. The car was late model and very clean. We’re using the company again for our return trip - so far, seamless process. Highly recommend..

The booking was easy and choices of cars were great. Driver came early and I’ve seen him do final preparations for the car before sending us a message that he has arrived. Gentleman, dressed nicely, took our luggage in the car and closed our doors. The car was clean, driving was nice and we came with no issues or delays. There was even an accident on the road to which he took another route and saved us some time. 10/10 would recommend.
