I was super happy with kiwitaxi.com I booked a transfer from Bangkok Airport to Rayong for 2 Adults and 2 Kids, neither 24hours before. The booking was really fast and easy. The driver Roberto arrive 5 mins early, open the doors for us and loaded all the bags. My wife got assistance from him getting out of the car, he unloaded the bags and left on pavement for us. Car was clean and tidy, excellent journey overall

We used Kiwitaxi for our transfers from Cruise ports in Vietnam (to Ho Chi Minh City) and Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Their communication was excellent all the way through, from the initial confirmation, to the day before when confirming driver details, to on the day with the driver. The service was excellent, with drivers on time, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Would highly recommend their service.

I have continued to use Kiwi Taxifor several years now after I was introduced to thier service using another car service overseas and now book directly with them as opposed to the other service that has slightly higher pricing and have been pleased with thier service ever since. I highly recommend using Kiwi Taxi when traveling abroad.

I would like to thank again here to Lina, the lovely person who took care of this ride update, and everything related. The initial driver, by hearing there will be an extra passenger required 15 euro cash, saying he will not drive my manager to the airport unless we are willing to pay. I asked Lina to allocate me a new driver; Aleksandr (the new driver) was a remarkable driver, coming even earlier to pick my manager from the hotel and the other passenger. Lina ensured me there will be no extra payment. The driver kept close by whatsapp saying what car and registration number my manager should look for, when exiting the hotel to go the airport! Exquisite services! Thank you!

How to Get to Bakuriani
Bakuriani is a ski resort in Georgia. It is an ideal place for winter holidays both for skiers and snowboarders. Visitors often wonder how to get there. Ones recourse to public transport, while others prefer taxi and transfer services.
Taxi to Bakuriani
You can hail a taxi on the street. However, be ready that the majority of drivers will not agree on going to another city. An average price of a taxi from Tbilisi is 220 GEL (73 euros). A fare of a trip from Batumi is 400 GEL (132 euros). Discuss the price with a driver before getting into the taxi. Unfortunately, English is not widely spoken in Georgia, therefore, you might face some problems. In order to avoid them, we advise you pre-book a transfer with a fixed price.
Transfer to Bakuriani
If you like planning everything in advance, you might be interested in ordering a taxi transfer. The Kiwitaxi is a reliable company which organizes cars to Bakuriani from different cities. A driver will arrive on time and wait for you.
Thus, a transfer from Tbilisi will cost you 76 euros in case you take an economy-class car. A fare of a trip in a minivan is 91 euros. If you are heading to the resort from Batumi, it will cost you 99 or 136 euros respectively.
If you travel with a big group, you can take a minibus. You can pre-order a transfer on our website. There are different methods of payment, including online payment. In case you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Public transport to Bakuriani
There is a direct bus between Tbilisi and Bakuriani. It departs 3 times a day. A ticket cost 15 GEL (5 euros), and a journey takes around 2.5 hours. In case you are heading to the resort from Batumi, be ready that your trip will take around 6 hours. You will need to make a change at Kutaisi. The whole journey will cost you around 30 GEL (10 euros).
It might be better to take a taxi or transfer in case you are traveling with children. Moreover, public transport is not available at night. Check the schedules in advance.
Interesting Information
If you are tired of skiing in the mountains, you can go to Borjomi, which is located about 30 km from Bakuriani. There you can visit the Romanov Palace and Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. In the park, you can go biking, horse riding, or just walk around.
FAQ
How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
