Had a wonderful experience with Kiwitaxi! When I arrived, there was a nice young lady holding a sign with my name. I canât remember her name, but she was really sweet and waited with me until my driver, Guilherme arrived. Guilherme was excellent! Very safe driver and I felt comfortable. He assisted with my baggage without me having to ask. The car was clean and he even had a cold bottle of water waiting for me. He was super polite and even messaged me wishing me a great trip! I will definitely be booking with Kiwitaxi and requesting Guilherme again! Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable ride!

The communication after booking had been great, via email and WhatsApp. The allocated driver, Alejandro, messaged that he would be waiting in the airport on the agreed time. We were earlier through security than expected and he was already waiting for us. The van we booked was super nice and clean and Alejandro was helpful with all our luggage. Great service!
