Zadar is worth a visit. This city boasts a great number of old churches. The most well-known is the Church of St. Donatus, which was founded in the 9th century. Nowadays it is just a museum and one of the best examples of the pre-Romanesque buildings. The ruins of Roman Forum are situated near the Church.
