are faster and more comfortable than shuttles, buses, trains and taxis in Antalya to the city center, hotel, resort, airport, train station or to any other place you need to get to.

Why do tourists book private transfers in Antalya?

Why do people book transfers in Antalya

Transfer is a transportation service which meets and brings you exactly where you asked: a Kiwitaxi driver meets you at the airport (as close to the Arrivals as possible), at the hotel reception or at the exactly given address, helps you with your luggage and brings you fast- track to your destination.

You can pre-order inexpensive taxi transfer to the city center or to the airport, comfortable car transfer for the family with children, Economy minivan for a tourist group or a Luxury transfer. The transfer cost in Antalya is fixed at the time of pre-order and never rises : either when the driver is waiting for the passenger, when the stop is necessary, or because of traffic jams.

Customer feedback

Superorganized in every detail. ....The information before, upgrading the car without extra charge in advance, the fast and nice service at the pick up place and the reasonable price!
Ten out of ten. Both drivers were on time and professional. Would definitely use Kiwi taxis again. Communication was also good Keeping us informed of driver contact details
The driver was waiting for us at the exit, even with the plane arriving late. He was very polite, drove well, we could understand each other perfectly in english (even that it was not our first language). Everything went well and I definetly recommend the service.

Transfers vs. Public Transport and Taxi in Antalya

Antalya is one of the biggest and probably most popular resort towns on the Mediterranean shore of Turkey. The airport of the same name is located 12 km to the east of the center. Tourists heading on their holiday to Belek, Marmaris, Side, Kemer, Bodrum, Tekirova, and Alanya also arrive here first.

How to get from Antalya to the airport, train station, or the neighboring cities

The choice of transport is not very big:

  • city buses № 600, 600А (800) and a Havas shuttle bus. On these buses, you will get to the airport from the Old Center Kaleici, districts of Lara and Konyaaltı, as well as from the Central train station and Migros shopping mall. Dolmus (a shared taxi) also sets off from the train station and the stop near the shopping mall and goes to the nearest provinces;
  • taxi, which can be taken at the special taxi rank or called by phone/button. Popular aggregators like Uber do not operate in Antalya;
  • transfer, booked online in advance.

The most convenient way to get from Antalya to other cities on the Turkish seashore is taxi or transfer. Public transport does not run at night. Keep that in mind when planning your route.

Transfer vs. Taxi in Antalya (taken at the taxi rank, or called by phone or via the button)

Advantages of a private transfer

No turmoil. No need to call an operator and explain the route, look for a pole with a button or go to a taxi rank. You make a booking in advance, so the car will be there at the right time.

A calm and safe trip. Kiwitaxi drivers drive carefully and keep the speed limit, which is not the case for Turkish taxi drivers.

The same fare, if you travel at night. In many Turkish towns, taxi costs 50% more expensive at night than during a day. Antalya is not an exception - you will have to pay around 100 lira (~30 dollars) for a trip to the airport at night. A private transfer in Antalya can be ordered for 35 dollars.

Disadvantage of a private transfer

Twenty dollars more expensive during the day. A daytime trip with taxi service in Antalya will cost approximately 50 lira (around 15 dollars).

Transfer in Antalya vs. Bus and Shuttle Bus

Advantages of a private transfer

1 hour faster. A trip by public transport from the city center to the airport including waiting time will take around 1 hour and a half. With Kiwitaxi, you will get there in 35 minutes.

Reach the airport at any time of a day. City buses run from 06:00 to 01:05, and Havas shuttle buses— from 04:30 to 22:00. Both run only once at night. A taxi transfer will take you from Antalya to the airport at any time you need.

Much more comfortable. There will definitely be an air conditioner in a transfer, suitcases will be put in a trunk, and you can always order a child seat if your child is travelling with you. For big companies, minibuses for 7 passengers in Antalya are also available.

No changes. Unlike bus and a Havas shuttle bus, our transfer will meet you right at the door of your hotel.

Disadvantage of a private transfer

More expensive, even if you travel in a group. A trip by buses № 600 and 600А will cost 5 Turkish lira (1,4 dollars), and in Havas — 11 lira (3,1 dollars).

What is worth visiting in Antalya?

Firstly, famous Hadrian's Gate, the entrance to the historical city center (Kaleici). The stone road, going under the arch still keeps the prints of Roman chariots. In the Old Town, there is also the main symbol of Antalya, the Yivliminare Mosque.

All other important sights of Turkey are gathered in the “Mini-City” miniature park: Aspendos, the Mausoleum Anitkabir, and the Red Tower (Kızıl Kule).

Beside, one can ride extreme slides, watch dolphins, and simply have a good time with children in “Aqualand”, one of the biggest water parks in Turkey.
