These guys helped me a lot! I've booked a transfer about 10 hours before the arrival and got the confirmation in 30 minutes! We had no idea what to do at 6am in the rain in Belgrade. After confirmation i was contacted by Marica, from local company and was assured that we will be met on arrival. Our driver Milan was so kind and helpful. He told us a bit about Serbian culture. I had a very nice driver. I shared ahead during the online booking that I would be traveling for a funeral of a nearest loved one and he was very respectful and kind. At the same time he was able to make some jokes and make me laugh during the 3 hour trip.

The booking was easy and choices of cars were great. Driver came early and I’ve seen him do final preparations for the car before sending us a message that he has arrived. Gentleman, dressed nicely, took our luggage in the car and closed our doors. The car was clean, driving was nice and we came with no issues or delays. There was even an accident on the road to which he took another route and saved us some time. 10/10 would recommend.

What a wonderful company! We had several glitches in our schedule and had to adjust locations and times more than once. We got superior service from not only the schedulers, who went way above and beyond, but also the drivers, who were very courteous, very patient, very accommodating and very skilled. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very well organized. Communication with Natallia started the day before the transfer and was very accurate and professional. She was waiting to greet us right after we exited the terminal. The driver was also already in position to pick us up. He helped with the luggage and a child seat was provided. The car was spacious and clean. The driver was very friendly and also shared useful information about the island. Overall, a very high level of service. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for your help to adjust the Arrivals Time due of the delay of the Flight. We wait longer time for our luggages and the driver has wait for us almost two hours. Serbia is situated in the central part of the Balkan Peninsula in Southeastern Europe. Even though the country is landlocked, many tourists still visit it with great pleasure. If you decide to hail a taxi in the street, be watchful: drivers often try to overcharge tourists.
If you want to know the price in advance, don’t risk it with taxi services, but choose the individual transfer in Serbia. How do I book a transfer in Serbia?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.
Then, click on the “View Prices” button. Select the required transfer class and click "Book" to continue with the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer in Serbia?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Serbia is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Serbia arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You can also contact the driver by phone or SMS to speed up your meeting at the airport.

For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.
For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.
