Belgrade Airport: Transfers and Taxi
Belgrade Airport transfers
Transfers from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) are the most comfortable way to get to the Serbian capital and other popular cities in the country: Novi Sad, Kragujevac, Nis, Subotica, etc. From here, you can also get to the ethno village of Drvengrad and the health resort of Sokobanja.
Booking a transfer will help you avoid:
Looking for public transport stops, which are located in different areas of the air hub. Our driver will meet you in the Arrivals and lead you to the car.
Standing in a line to the taxi desk. There may be lots of tourists wishing to book a cab, and this may lead to a big line. With Kiwitaxi, you won’t have to stand and wait and will leave the air hub immediately.
Having the language barrier. You won’t have to talk to the driver, as we’ll send all the trip details to him/her in advance.
This option is also convenient if you land at night.
There’s 18 km from the air hub to Belgrade. Getting there with Kiwitaxi takes 20 minutes and costs 23€.
Taxi from Belgrade Airport
It’s recommended to use official cabs, as private drivers tend to overcharge tourists. To book such a taxi, go to the TAXI INFO desk — it can be found on the upper level.
The city authorities set the fixed rates for trips to Belgrade: there are 6 zones, and each of them has its own price. A taxi to the city center costs 1,800 RSD or 15.5€.
It isn’t easy to find a cab with a child seat. So when traveling with a child, booking a transfer is a better option. Also, many taxi drivers only take cash, so it’s better to have some (better Serbian dinars). With Kiwitaxi, you can avoid this: you can prepay for your trip online in your currency.
Public Transport from Belgrade Airport
There are 3 buses going to the city:
Minibus A1. It’ll take you to Slavija Square in 30 minutes. The fare is 300 RSD (2.6€), and you pay it on the bus. The stop is at the exit from the air hub.
Line 72. It runs to Zeleni Venac Square (40 minutes). The ticket costs 89 RSD (0.8€) at the kiosk and 150 RSD (1.3€) on the bus. The stop is at the exit from the upper level.
Line 607. It’ll take you to New Belgrade in 30 minutes. The ticket cost is 89 RSD (0.8€) at the kiosk and 150 RSD (1.3€) on the bus. The stop is outside the Arrivals.
They don’t run at night.
