Transfer in India
India is a country in South Asia, which ranks the second in the world in terms of population and the seventh in terms of territory. The bright and vibrant city of Delhi is the capital of India. There are many attractions here: Minaret Qutub-Minar, The Gateway of India, Humayun's tomb. In Agra, you can visit the famous mausoleum-mosque Taj Mahal, as well as Red Fort, and the city of mosques Fatehpur-Sikri, a monument of the Hindu-Persian architecture. If you decide not to go on a group shuttle from the tour operator and want to get to the hotel from the airport on your own, the most convenient option is individual transfers in India. It is better than a taxi and public transportation for several reasons.
First, in India, it is impossible to know the cost of the taxi trip in advance as you have to pay according to the taximeter. Unfair taxi drivers can take advantage of it winding up extra miles. While the cost of the transfer in India will be known in advance, and it will not change after the booking. Second, every driver in the Kiwitaxi service has a license to transport passengers and all vehicles are no more than seven years old. Third, our drivers comply with the permitted speed limits, which means that the trip will be safe.
The situation with public transportation in India is even more difficult: buses are usually packed and are pretty uncomfortable. An individual transfer is only for you. How do I book a transfer in India?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.

How far in advance should I book a transfer in India?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to India is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to India arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You can also contact the driver by phone or SMS to speed up your meeting at the airport.
Important note: If possible, do not leave the airport with a local taxi service, as we will not be able to refund you.
How do I find my driver before my transfer in India?
Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during the booking.
For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.
For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.
