Thanks for your help to adjust the Arrivals Time due of the delay of the Flight. We wait longer time for our luggages and the driver has wait for us almost two hours. The taxi was really nice with a lot of places for the luggages and the six passengers. The driver was very nice and very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to locate him at the airport. We had an excellent experience with our driver Vidran. Even though our flight arrival time was changed several times, Kiwi taxi acknowledged and adjusted to our changes. Vidran was at the airport and met us as soon as we left the baggage claim area. The drive was smooth and he gave us a excellent orientation to Croatia. Very polite and accommodating.

He was perfectly punctual, extremely kind, and truly empathetic. He drove very safely yet efficiently, helped me with my backpacks, and even offered me some cookies. Canada is the second largest country in the world, but this is not its only achievement. The most popular waterfall is located on the Canadian border with the US. The best way of traveling around Canada is a taxi service, since the system of public transport, mainly buses, is quite poorly developed, sometimes you need to walk for 30 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop. Small shuttle buses do not exist here at all. If you decide to become a taxi driver, Canada is the place to go: the requirements here are quite high. To do this, you must necessarily have Canadian citizenship, as well as the Class 4C License. If by any chance, you have these documents, you are required to take special courses, including the treatment of elderly people and people with disabilities, and then, pass an examination for knowledge of the city. All training is paid. In addition, putting a "checkers" on the roof of the car is quite expensive.
Because of such a complex and expensive system, the competition among drivers is very low, and this is the reason for two main disadvantages of taxi service in Canada. First, it is impossible to hail a taxi, you can only order it by phone or via a mobile app, there are not private taxi drivers in Canada. Second, you should go out into the street immediately after the call as nobody is going to inform you about the arrival of the taxi, and the driver will wait for the client for only 2-3 minutes.

The fare is fixed and does not change at night and on holidays. It is accepted to leave a good tip, and paying with a bank card is possible not in every car.

How do I book a transfer in Canada?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.
Then, click on the “View Prices” button. Select the required transfer class and click "Book" to continue with the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer in Canada?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Canada is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Canada arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.

How do I find my driver before my transfer in Canada?
