The booking was easy and choices of cars were great. Driver came early and I’ve seen him do final preparations for the car before sending us a message that he has arrived. Gentleman, dressed nicely, took our luggage in the car and closed our doors. The car was clean, driving was nice and we came with no issues or delays. There was even an accident on the road to which he took another route and saved us some time. 10/10 would recommend.

What a wonderful company! We had several glitches in our schedule and had to adjust locations and times more than once. We got superior service from not only the schedulers, who went way above and beyond, but also the drivers, who were very courteous, very patient, very accommodating and very skilled. I would not hesitate to use this company again and again when we travel.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very well organized. Communication with Natallia started the day before the transfer and was very accurate and professional. She was waiting to greet us right after we exited the terminal. The driver was also already in position to pick us up. He helped with the luggage and a child seat was provided. The car was spacious and clean. The driver was very friendly and also shared useful information about the island. Overall, a very high level of service. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for your help to adjust the Arrivals Time due of the delay of the Flight. We wait longer time for our luggages and the driver has wait for us almost two hours. The taxi was really nice with a lot of places for the luggages and the six passengers. The driver was very nice and very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to locate him at the airport. We had an excellent experience with our driver Vidran. Even though our flight arrival time was changed several times, Kiwi taxi acknowledged and adjusted to our changes. Vidran was at the airport and met us as soon as we left the baggage claim area. The drive was smooth and he gave us a excellent orientation to Croatia. Very polite and accommodating.

How to Get to Crans-Montana
This is a ski resort in the Swiss Alps, which boasts about 150 km of pistes. It attracts visitors from all over the world. Tourists often search for information about how to get to the resort. The majority of them prefer transfer services, while others choose a taxi or train.
Taxi to Crans-Montana
You can easily take a taxi outside the air terminals. It is possible that nobody will agree to drive you to Crans-Montana, as it is quite far from Zurich and Geneva. The average fare of a taxi from latter air hub is 600 CHF (533 euros). It might be higher, as the price depends on the taximeter. A taxi from Kloten air hub will cost you 800 CHF (710 euros). Keep in mind that even it is possible to pay in euros, it is better to have Swiss francs in order not to pay more than needed. However, ask a taxi driver beforehand, which currency is accepted.
Transfer to Crans-Montana
If you like planning your trips beforehand, you might be interested in pre-booking a transfer. The Kiwitaxi company provides cars to Crans-Montana from nearby cities.
Thus, a transfer from Geneva Airport will cost you 384 euros in case you choose an economy-class car. Big groups can take a minibus. A price of a trip for 7 persons is 429 euros. We also organize transfers from Zurich Airport. A trip in an economy-class car will cost you 534 euros. More information about transfers can be found on the Kiwitaxi website.

Public transport to Crans-Montana
There is no direct public transport between Geneva air hub and Crans-Montana. Firstly, take a train to Sierre station, which departs every hour. Then, take a funicular to Montana station. It circulates every 30 minutes. The whole journey will take around 3 hours and cost 65 CHF (58 euros).
In case you are coming from Zurich Airport, firstly, take a train to Visp, then to Sierre, and only after that take a funicular to Montana, your final destination. A 3-hour 30-minute journey will cost around 100 CHF (89 euros).
Check the schedules in order to plan your journey. Public transport is not available at night. Think beforehand which taxi or transfer company you will choose.
Interesting Information
Crans-Montana has enough shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The resort is also popular in summer – not among skiers but golfers. Every September the golf tournament named Omega European Masters takes place here.

How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
