Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we cleared passport control and baggage collection at Ljubljana airport. He was pleasant and courteous and the journey to Maribor was both comfortable and efficient. We would be happy to use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

Slovenia is a rather small country in Central Europe. Tourists often call Slovenia pastoral village, as it has almost no big cities. Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.

What should I do if my flight to Slovenia is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Slovenia arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.

How do I find my driver before my transfer in Slovenia?
