We used Kiwitaxi for our transfers from Cruise ports in Vietnam (to Ho Chi Minh City) and Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Their communication was excellent all the way through, from the initial confirmation, to the day before when confirming driver details, to on the day with the driver. The service was excellent, with drivers on time, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Would highly recommend their service.

I have continued to use Kiwi Taxifor several years now after I was introduced to thier service using another car service overseas and now book directly with them as opposed to the other service that has slightly higher pricing and have been pleased with thier service ever since. I highly recommend using Kiwi Taxi when traveling abroad.

I would like to thank again here to Lina, the lovely person who took care of this ride update, and everything related. The initial driver, by hearing there will be an extra passenger required 15 euro cash, saying he will not drive my manager to the airport unless we are willing to pay. I asked Lina to allocate me a new driver; Aleksandr (the new driver) was a remarkable driver, coming even earlier to pick my manager from the hotel and the other passenger. Lina ensured me there will be no extra payment. The driver kept close by whatsapp saying what car and registration number my manager should look for, when exiting the hotel to go the airport! Exquisite services! Thank you!

We made a last minute reservation for airport transport, which made us nervous. But it was easy to order, confirmation received immediately and the driver contacted us by WhatsApp after confirmation. He also contacted about 10 minutes before pick-up to tell he is coming. Great service! The car was fresh and clean and the driver was very polite. We warmly recommend Kiwitaxi!

We know almost nothing about Slovakia, meanwhile, there are mountains, caves, and thermal springs here. The country also has a huge number of medieval castles. In one of them, called Bojnice, the international festival of ghosts and spirits is held annually. In the capital city of Bratislava, there is the oldest building in the country — the town hall of the XV century. In the picturesque Low Tatras National Park, besides beautiful mountain ranges, there are also karst caves. The Museum of Prehistoric Slovakia is located in the Prepoštská jaskyňa Cave in the town of Bojnice as here in the cave some very ancient tools and jewelry (of more than 30 thousand years) were found.
To visit all these amazing places without walking your feet off is only possible when traveling by car. There are private and official taxis in Slovakia, and the difference between them is rather significant in this country. Private taxi drivers can demand any sum for their services, as there is no legislation about that. You can distinguish official taxis by a special logo on the side, whereas private ones have nothing like that, only the checkers on the roof. How do I book a transfer in Slovakia?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.
Then, click on the “View Prices” button. Select the required transfer class and click "Book" to continue with the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer in Slovakia?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Slovakia is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Slovakia arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You can also contact the driver by phone or SMS to speed up your meeting at the airport.
Important note: If possible, do not leave the airport with a local taxi service, as we will not be able to refund you.
How do I find my driver before my transfer in Slovakia?
