I was pleasantly surprised that my return ride was GREAT. I had some problems with my first ride from the Istanbul Airport into town and had planned to also handle the return trip with Kiwitaxi. This drive and this trip was very good. How do I book a transfer in Kyrgyzstan?

How far in advance should I book a transfer in Kyrgyzstan?

The timing depends on the vehicle class.

Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.

If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.

What should I do if my flight to Kyrgyzstan is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

What should I do if my flight to Kyrgyzstan arrives early?

The Kyrgyz Republic, or Kyrgyzstan, is a country located in the western and central parts of the mountain range of the Tian Shan in Central Asia. The capital of it is Bishkek. When in the major city of the country, one should visit the square of Ala-Too, the National Historical Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, Gallery Erkindik, Osh Bazaar, as well as take a look at the Monument of Independence, and the Parliament Building. In the suburbs of Bishkek, there is the nature park called ‘Baytykskaya Valley’ and the mountain of Boz Peldek. The city of Osh is interesting for its Islamic architectural monuments: the madrasas of Alymbek Paravanchi and Muhamedboy Turk hal Muratbaev and the mosques of Sadykbay and Shahid Tepa. Besides, it is Osh where tourists often start their way to the mountains of Pamir and Tian Shan, the caves of Chil-Ustun and Chil’-Mayram, and the waterfall of Abshir-Say. Many tourists come to Kyrgyzstan in order to see the famous lakes of Issyk-Kul, Song Kol, and Sary-Chelek, as well as the enormous glacier of Engilchek.
