He dropped us off right at the doorstep of our address in Castellammare di Stabia. The service deserves high praise. Both rides we booked with KIWI taxi were as expected. Drivers were considered and cacreful drivers, on time and helpful with luggage. I forgot my handbag in the car at the ride from Klaeng to Bangkok. I need a special medicine which was in that handbag. Immidiately I contacted Kiwi by phone as well via chat via website. The responsible local manager and Anne Woods at chat were absolutely of help! It did not take a full hour and the driver brought my handback to the hotel. So even in case of an emergency this company is of help and did immidiately all needed to help me. I cannot stress how thankful I am and without any hesitation I recommend this company!

Seychelles is a fairly young state, which history has only three hundred years. But even so, there is much to see. The capital of Seychelles is Victoria, the largest city in the country. Official taxi services can be found only on the island of Mahé. You can either book it by phone, or hail it. The only taxi parking lot is in Victoria. You can order a taxi on other islands as well, namely on Praslin and La Digue, but in most cases, it will be a private taxi driver. In addition, it is absolutely normal when the driver does not come for you, especially if there was a holiday the day before. If you are waiting for too long, feel free to order another taxi. Only local currency is accepted for payment, so take care of it in advance. Some cars are equipped with taximeters, if not - feel free to bargain with drivers. The cost of the route from Victoria airport to the city is fixed.

How do I book a transfer in Seychelles?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.

How far in advance should I book a transfer in Seychelles?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Seychelles is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Seychelles arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
