The booking process for our taxi was very straight forward. Although our flight was delayed by almost an hour the driver kindly waited for us, after we let them know via WatsApp. We request the driver to hold a sign with our name and found him easily with that in the crowd. After the exit from Tashkent airport, getting out is extremely chaotic, especially if you are travelling with children or elderly. Our driver helped us with this process too. So overall we had a an excellent experience and would definitely use the service again.

Thanks for your help to adjust the Arrivals Time due of the delay of the Flight. We wait longer time for our luggages and the driver has wait for us almost two hours. The taxi was really nice with a lot of places for the luggages and the six passengers. The driver was very nice and very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to locate him at the airport. We had an excellent experience with our driver Vidran. Even though our flight arrival time was changed several times, Kiwi taxi acknowledged and adjusted to our changes. Vidran was at the airport and met us as soon as we left the baggage claim area. The drive was smooth and he gave us a excellent orientation to Croatia. Very polite and accommodating.

How do I book a transfer in Uzbekistan?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.

How far in advance should I book a transfer in Uzbekistan?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Uzbekistan is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Uzbekistan arrives early?
