Taxi's type was as we booked-real minibus. In time, but must call to service that said we arrived, the driver is good, no drive very fast or dangerous. He drived to door of hotel from ferry pier. Fine service!

Everything ok. We were surprised because first driver tried to get the whole money, we did'nt do that, because there was written to give only 60 Dollar, second driver the rest money. Good Trip, everything worked. Thank you.

Decided quite late to leave the cruise ship and take the option of an o’night stay in Bangkok. Checked out a few transport options and settled on Kiwitaxi and we’re glad we did. Seamless booking, kept in contact, leading up to pick up, very pleasant, safe and efficient driver, very little English (and our Thai is non-existent) but he had all the information. The car was late model and very clean. We’re using the company again for our return trip - so far, seamless process. Highly recommend..

Advantages of the Kiwitaxi transfer to Koh Chang
In all Asian cities, you should be prepared, both mentally and physically, for the peculiarities of local transport. For example, at rush hour, buses and metro are so crowded that specially trained people literally push people into train cars.
You can get to Koh Chang from nearby cities or the nearest airport by public transport, taxi or transfer.
It is beneficial to book a transfer to Koh Chang if:
- you're used to comfort. We have already warned you about jammed buses. And if you're traveling with oversized luggage, it's better to avoid public transport completely.

- you're afraid of the language barrier. For good reason. Locals don't know English well and speak with a strong accent. You can book the transfer on the website in your language. Kiwitaxi support service operates in several languages.
- you like planning the budget in advance. You will know the cost of the transfer before the trip, it will not change after the booking. Taxi drivers can charge you more than you originally agreed on, explaining it by traffic jams, waiting, rising moon and many more.
- you're visiting this country for the first time. In that case, you will definitely be stressed-out. In order to reduce the amount o stress, book the Kiwitaxi transfer and the driver will meet you at the specified time.
FAQ
How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
