This was a really good experience! Our female driver was super nice and arrived early to the hotel (which was great!). She had a new carseat that could be used rear-faced (for my 1,5 year old). She was also a very good and cautious driver.

Had a great experience using Kiwi taxi to travel from São Paulo to Paraty! Smooth ride, easy pickup from our apartment in the city and drop off to our Airbnb in Paraty. Kiwi Taxi has been a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our changing the pick up time in both picking us up and dropping us back off at the port the next day, They waited as we disembarked our cruise ship, where our overnight bags were put in the van for us and we were given water bottles. The van was luxurious and roomy, so the 2 1/2 hour drive was very comfortable. I will definitely use them again when I’m traveling.

How to Get to Gstaad
Gstaad is a ski resort in southwestern Switzerland. This town is a great place for winter holidays. However, it is also popular in summer because of hiking and walking. People often search for information about how to get to Gstaad. Ones want to know more about public transport, while the majority of tourists prefer taxi and transfer services.
Taxi to Gstaad
You can take a taxi at the rank. Also, you can call it or ask somebody to do it for you. Recourse to official taxi services only. An average fare or a trip from Geneva Airport is 580 CHF (508 euros). The taxi from Zurich one to Gstaad costs around 700 CHF (612 euros). In case you travel with a big group, we advise you take a transfer. By this way, you will save your time and money. Moreover, it is possible that taxi drivers will not agree on going on a long-distance trip.
Transfer to Gstaad
If you plan everything beforehand, you might want to know more about the transfer service. The Kiwitaxi company organizes car transfers to Gstaad. We offer different classes, and everyone can choose the car he or she wants.
Thus, a trip from Geneva Airport will cost you 372 euros in case you take an economy-class car. The price of the same transfer journey in a minibus for 7 persons is 446 euros. In case you are heading to the resort from Zurich Airport, the prices of a transfer are 385 and 459 euros respectively.
There are different methods of payment, including online payment. You can pre-arrange a transfer on the Kiwitaxi website. In case you have any questions, do not hesitate to write to us. Our consultants are always ready to help you.
Public transport to Gstaad
It is the best option for luggage-free travelers. In order to get to the town from Geneva Airport, take a train to Montreux and make a change there. The whole trip takes around 3 hours and costs around 70 CHF (61 euros).
In order to get to the resort from Zurich one, you can take a bus or train, but you will need to make a lot of changes, and the journey will take around 4-5 hours. Therefore, it might be better to choose the taxi or transfer company, which is the most convenient for you.
Public transport is not available at night. Plan your journey in advance in case you need to travel late. Do not forget that changes also take time.
Interesting Information
In the center of the town, you will find a great number of luxurious boutiques. Therefore, if you like shopping, Gstaad is an ideal place for you. If you are a gourmand, you will like the local restaurants. Throughout the year, different events take place in Gstaad. Therefore, you will not get bored.

How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
