Kiwi Taxi has been a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our changing the pick up time in both picking us up and dropping us back off at the port the next day, They waited as we disembarked our cruise ship, where our overnight bags were put in the van for us and we were given water bottles. The van was luxurious and roomy, so the 2 1/2 hour drive was very comfortable. I will definitely use them again when I’m traveling.

We were a group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids), we have booked return transfer from Munich to Saalbach. The driver was nice and friendly. We were kept informed via WhatsApp messages, so no issues at all. The car was a good size and the 3 home journey went smoothly. We will definitely be using these services again!

The trip went perfectly: the driver was waiting with a sign right at the exit and stayed in touch with us when our flight was delayed. He dropped us off right at the doorstep of our address in Castellammare di Stabia. The service deserves high praise. In addition, after you place an order, the company provides a discount coupon for your next ride, and compared to other services, it offers lower prices. I highly recommend it!

Advantages of the Kiwitaxi transfer to Benidorm
It is safe and convenient to travel across Europe. Public transport is usually well developed in any city. Taxi services have fixed fares, so you won't need to bargain. However, the transfer is still the best option to choose.
Transfer to Benidorm is faster
The main problem of public transport is that it goes on schedule, and with city taxi services, you spend a lot of time searching for a vacant car. Besides, not every driver will agree to take you to another city.

- It is 2 — 2.5 times faster than public transport.
- The driver plans the route around the city in advance, to avoid possible traffic jams.
- You won't waste your time looking for the car, as the driver meets you and walks you to it.
Transfer to Benidorm is more comfortable
Public transport by definition is not able to provide individual comfort for every passenger. Taxi drivers may not always be polite to you, so you won't want to ask them anything. In addition, you might need to know the local language.
- In the transfer, you are able to control the temperature inside the car. If the music seems too loud, the driver will make it quieter at your first request.
- If you or any of your companions get sick on the road, our driver will stop without any problems. In public transport, this situation may lead to the discontent of other passengers.

Transfer to Benidorm is easy to pay
Public transport services can be paid for only in cash or with a special city transport card. In a taxi, the cost is determined by the taxi meter, so the taxi driver will tell you the price only at the end of the trip - budget planning is problematic in this case.

FAQ
How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
