It was a wonderful experience and I had a great driver. He was very helpful when I reached my AirBnB flat and the host was not there and I was in trouble. He stayed with more than an hour until a solution was found. I am extremely grateful.

Driver waiting for us as we entered arrivals hall. Driver excellent, friendly, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable and pointed out many places along the route into Lisbon Drove very well and car clean and comfortable Would recomend

Everithing correct. He brings 3 child seats as we order. Usually the companies put problems with that. Everything was perfect. The taxi driver phone me because he was 5 min late, i really apreciate that. He wait till we conctact with our housekeeper, and make sure we haven' t any problem. Fantastic

the driver was so patient to wait for us the trip was on time but the conveyors in the airport are so slow we have to wait 1 hour to get our luggage I was afraid the driver might leave us but still he was patient to wait we really appreciate. thank you so much!

The driver waited (about half an hour) as planned with a sign. A very nice (helped us with the luggage) effective driver that explained about places we passed through in spanish and english. The car was big, impeccable clean. Everything was perfect.

The fastest way to get to Lisbon
Travel faster than by group shuttle. If you need to get to Lisbon from the airport, you will have to wait for the bus to set off for about 30 minutes. The transfer driver arrives at the meeting point in advance. This means, you will leave for your hotel as soon as you have claimed your baggage.

No need to talk to the driver. To book a taxi, you will have to explain where you need to go as well as negotiate the price. Even if you are in Lisbon for the first time, sometimes, you have to draw the route for the driver: in many countries, mostly migrants are engaged in this business. The transfer driver has all the details of your booking on the voucher and plans the route in advance.
Get straight to your hotel. If you travel by public transport, you will have to get from the stop to your hotel somehow.
No need to plan the route: to figure out what transport will bring you to your destination and which stop you need to get off at. Kiwitaxi driver will decide for you which route to take, taking into account all the possible congestions on the way.
Price is known in advance
The transfer price ‘freezes’ after the booking is made. Even if you get stuck in a traffic jam on your way to Lisbon, it will now affect the trip cost.

How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
