Excellent service with a clean comfortable car. Pleasant, courtious and safe driver with very good communication skills. My ride was over 2 hours long. My driver, Vicky, waited for my extended immigration process at the airport and navigated safely around a recent serious multi-car accident scene all through rainy conditions at night. The door to door personalized service is excellent.

The island state of Philippines is situated in the unique place. Firstly, it is a part of "a coral triangle" and that is why it has a great number of diving sites, around 7000! It`s very simple to travel around the country as transport network is perfectly developed here. Buses are very popular in the Philippines, as the tourists may save up but, often, they are not very comfortable. As an alternative, one can use taxis in the Philippines, which are very convenient. There are two taxi types: yellow and white cars. Yellow cars are used as airport transfer in the Philippines, you can not hail them in the street, but you can order one by phone. It’s better to give preference to these ones as drivers speak English and use taximeters. Yellow cars are modern and comfortable therefore the cost of the journey is also higher.
Taxi in the Philippines is normally not expensive, and drivers are among the poorest people in the country. Therefore, drivers often try to overcharge tourists by making up some additional fees. Remember that taximeter takes everything into account: waiting time, the duration of the journey, and distance. How do I book a transfer in Philippines?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.
Then, click on the “View Prices” button. Select the required transfer class and click "Book" to continue with the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer in Philippines?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Philippines is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Philippines arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You can also contact the driver by phone or SMS to speed up your meeting at the airport.
Important note: If possible, do not leave the airport with a local taxi service, as we will not be able to refund you.
How do I find my driver before my transfer in Philippines?
Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during the booking.
For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.
For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.
