How to Get to Druskininkai
Druskininkai is a small charming town located in the southern part of Lithuania, on the right bank of the Neman River. Taxi to Druskininkai
If you want to take a taxi from one of the nearby airports, you may find them at the ranks near the terminals. On average, a cab trip to Druskininkai from the nearest international airport in Vilnius costs 65 euros (for a standard sedan car). The average taxi fare from Kaunas air hub is 80 euros and from Riga one - 200 euros. Please be careful when dealing with private drivers as some of them can easily overcharge you. Also, if you’re traveling in winter and have large ski equipment with you, it might be difficult to find a spacious taxi on the spot.

Public Transportation to Druskininkai
To get to Druskininkai from Vilnius air hub, one may use the regular bus service. The trip will take 2,5-3 hours and will require one change. The approximate fare is 13-14 euros.
Buses can also take you to the town from Kaunas (10 to 18 euros) and Riga (30 to 38 euros).
Bear in mind that bus services aren’t usually available at night hours. Some of them may stop running even in the evening, so always check the timetables beforehand. If you’re heading to the town after midnight, it’s better to pre-arrange a taxi or a transfer.
