We used Kiwitaxi for our transfers from Cruise ports in Vietnam (to Ho Chi Minh City) and Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Their communication was excellent all the way through, from the initial confirmation, to the day before when confirming driver details, to on the day with the driver. The service was excellent, with drivers on time, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Would highly recommend their service.

I have continued to use Kiwi Taxifor several years now after I was introduced to thier service using another car service overseas and now book directly with them as opposed to the other service that has slightly higher pricing and have been pleased with thier service ever since. I highly recommend using Kiwi Taxi when traveling abroad.

I would like to thank again here to Lina, the lovely person who took care of this ride update, and everything related. The initial driver, by hearing there will be an extra passenger required 15 euro cash, saying he will not drive my manager to the airport unless we are willing to pay. I asked Lina to allocate me a new driver; Aleksandr (the new driver) was a remarkable driver, coming even earlier to pick my manager from the hotel and the other passenger. Lina ensured me there will be no extra payment. The driver kept close by whatsapp saying what car and registration number my manager should look for, when exiting the hotel to go the airport! Exquisite services! Thank you!

We made a last minute reservation for airport transport, which made us nervous. But it was easy to order, confirmation received immediately and the driver contacted us by WhatsApp after confirmation. He also contacted about 10 minutes before pick-up to tell he is coming. Great service! The car was fresh and clean and the driver was very polite. We warmly recommend Kiwitaxi!

How to Get to Belle Plagne
Belle Plagne is the central part of the La Plagne ski area in the French Alps, and its most popular village. If planning to spend holidays there, you should know how to get to the village from the closest airports – Geneva and Lyon ones. Read on to find out available variants of transportation.
Taxi to Belle Plagne
It doesn’t matter what airport you'll land at, local taxi cabs are usually parked near the arrivals area. Very often – after a flight arrival – there are lines of passengers willing to take a cab. Be ready to spend additional 20-30 minutes on arrangements. A taxi travel from Geneva Airport to the village costs 290-310 euros and takes 2,5 hours. Reaching Belle Plagne from Lyon air hub costs around 350 euros, taking 2 hours and 40 minutes. Knowing estimated taxi prices will help you orientate yourself in real ones.
Transfer to Belle Plagne
You may arrange your trip in advance to get comfortable transportation right upon arrival at the air hub. With a pre-booked transfer, you won’t need to lose time in taxi or public transport queues and may set off for the village as soon as you pass the customs – you'll be met by a transfer driver in the arrivals zone. Also, you’ll choose a suitable transfer class and know a fare in advance.
A Kiwitaxi transfer can be reserved in a couple of clicks: fill in the order form with your flight number and a destination address, indicate how many passengers there will be. Parents with small children should order child seats for them. Depending on a chosen vehicle class, a 2,5-hour ride from Geneva Airport will cost from 336 euros. A transfer from Lyon air hub will make from 384 and take 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Kiwitaxi transfers can be paid online by credit card at the moment of booking. At the same time, there's a possibility to pay to a transfer driver in cash upon reaching the destination.
Public Transport to Belle Plagne
If you’re departing from Geneva air hub, take a bus to Aime and change there to another one going to the village. You’ll spend 26-88 euros per person and almost 4 hours of time. In case of Lyon air hub, get to Chambery by Ouibus, catch a bus to Aime, and change to another one going to the destination. This journey will last over 5 hours and cost 16-23 euros per passenger.
Buses’ timetable is quite unstable, remember to check it in advance. At night, there may be no transport available at all except for taxis and transfer services.

How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
