We respect the privacy of the Drivers with whom we work. Please read our Privacy Policy to know what information we collect, disclose to third parties, for what purposes we do it as well as how you can modify, erase, and transmit this data.

IT TRAVEL LP built the Kiwitaxi Driver app as a Free app. This service is provided by IT TRAVEL LP at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We collect and process personal data in order to connect passengers with Drivers, to help them move more efficiently through transfers, for fraud prevention, ensuring the user security, application performance and account management purposes. Personal data includes: name and phone number of the Driver, email address, the Driver location, the date and time, requested pick-up and drop off addresses, distance traveled, ID number of the Driver, birth date/age, gender or occupation of the Driver, driving licence information (status, country of issue, number, date of issue, expiry date, identification photos and numbers), the Driver history or criminal record (where permitted by law), known aliases, prior addresses, and right to work, vehicle data (model, color, year of manufacture, registration number, number of vehicle registration certificate), payment details, and user-submitted photos such as selfies and profile pictures, data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion data, and mobile network data . We display the geolocation data and the phone number of the Driver so that the Driver and client can meet successfully. Geolocation data is collected only when the Driver changes the status of the trip.

The personal data of the passenger is disclosed only to the Driver who activated the Kiwitaxi Driver application; in this case, the Driver will see the name, phone number of the passenger.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Kiwitaxi Driver application, in case of an error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This data may include information such as the Internet protocol address of your device ("IP"), device name, operating system version, application configuration when using Kiwitaxi Driver application, time and date of your use of the Kiwitaxi Driver application, as well as other statistics.

Cookies are small data files that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and stored in the internal memory of your device.
