Nice no messing service on time, polite driver, spotless taxi and straight to our hotel door for 22 Euro. No bus, then tram then trudge around on the dark looking for your hotel, what’s not to like??

We used Kiwitaxi for our transfers from Cruise ports in Vietnam (to Ho Chi Minh City) and Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Their communication was excellent all the way through, from the initial confirmation, to the day before when confirming driver details, to on the day with the driver. The service was excellent, with drivers on time, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Would highly recommend their service.

I have continued to use Kiwi Taxifor several years now after I was introduced to thier service using another car service overseas and now book directly with them as opposed to the other service that has slightly higher pricing and have been pleased with thier service ever since. I highly recommend using Kiwi Taxi when traveling abroad.

The fastest way to get to Prague
Travel faster than by group shuttle. If you need to get to Prague from the airport, you will have to wait for the bus to set off for about 30 minutes. The transfer driver arrives at the meeting point in advance. This means, you will leave for your hotel as soon as you have claimed your baggage.
Twice as fast as public transport. Buses and electric trains run with stops, which considerably increases travel time.
Relaxed and comfortable trip
No need to talk to the driver. To book a taxi, you will have to explain where you need to go as well as negotiate the price. Even if you are in Prague for the first time, sometimes, you have to draw the route for the driver: in many countries, mostly migrants are engaged in this business. The transfer driver has all the details of your booking on the voucher and plans the route in advance.
Get straight to your hotel. If you travel by public transport, you will have to get from the stop to your hotel somehow.

How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
