Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.

If you don’t have that much time, you can place an urgent transfer request. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service.

Can I cancel, reschedule, or change pickup/drop-off details for my transfer?

Yes. If your plans change, you can usually update your booking details. Common changes include:

  • Pickup time
  • Pickup/drop-off address
  • Passenger name and contact phone number
  • Child seat, extra stop, luggage notes

How to make changes (most common options):

Where will my driver meet me and how will I recognize them?

Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during booking.

Meeting points depend on the pickup type:

  • Airport pickup: usually at the arrivals area exit, after passport control and baggage claim.
  • Hotel pickup: usually in the hotel lobby.
  • Train/bus station pickup: usually in the arrivals area or a designated meeting point.
  • Private address pickup: usually at the building entrance or the closest accessible point.

Detailed meet-up instructions are provided in your voucher. It also includes the phone number you can use to coordinate the pickup.

What if my flight/train is delayed or I arrive early?

If your pickup is linked to a flight/train, we recommend adding your flight/train details during booking (or updating them later) to help coordinate the meeting.

If your flight is delayed:

  • If the delay is less than 30 minutes, the driver may adjust the arrival time.
  • If you become aware of a longer delay (or baggage claim takes longer than planned), please call or text the contact number provided in your booking communications and inform Customer Support.

If you arrive early: please go to the meeting point indicated on your voucher and wait. Your driver may not be there yet if the pickup was scheduled for the original arrival time.

Important note: If possible, do not leave the pickup location and take a local taxi service without contacting us first, as this may affect refund eligibility.

What should I do if I am late or can’t find my driver?

If you can’t see your driver right away, please check the nameplates again — the driver may not have noticed you passing by.
