Title: An Unforgettable Driver – More Than a Taxi Service, True Human Kindness! I am an 80-year-old traveler from South Korea, currently enjoying a solo backpacking journey around the world. Today, I experienced something truly unforgettable with Kiwitaxi. 1. A driver who never abandoned his passenger We arrived at the exact address of my accommodation, but unfortunately, I encountered serious problems with the property, which I believe had misrepresented its accommodation. As I struggled to find the correct place, we had to move from one location to another several times. Even though the driver did not fully understand what was happening, he never complained, never showed frustration, and never abandoned me. Instead, he patiently stayed by my side, carried my backpack, and continued helping me until the very end. At that moment, he was no longer just a taxi driver. He felt like a trusted friend in a foreign country. 2. The first time in my life I gave tips twice! I must confess something rather funny. I am well known among my friends and family for being extremely careful with money! Normally, I give tips only when I feel obligated to. But today was different. For the first time in my 80 years of life, I gave a tip out of genuine gratitude — and then gave another one because I was so deeply touched by the driver's kindness. Yes, twice! For someone as frugal as me, that is almost a miracle! 3. Thoughtful service during a long journey During the long drive, the driver thoughtfully played music suited to my taste so that I would not feel bored. Excellent service! As a solo traveler with limited language skills, I was very impressed by the clear name sign, which made it extremely easy to find my driver. On previous trips, I often had trouble finding drivers booked through hotels or travel agencies, so this service gave me great peace of mind. The driver showed up on time, kindly loaded my luggage into the vehicle and unloaded it onto a cart for me once I got to the airport. He was very kind and we got to the airport so quickly (usually it takes forever) that the check in desk wasn’t even open yet😂

Booking process was fast transparent, and at a good price. Driver picked us up from the hotel Crowne Plaza Limassol. There was a Pan-Cypris Marathon and some roads were closed for the cars, so driver informed us in advance that there might be some pick up delays. But there weren't . The vehicle has exceeded my expectations! Same nice car , same nice driver as from Airport to Hotel, now from Hotel to Airport!

How do I book a transfer in Azerbaijan?
Enter the departure location in the “From” field and the destination in the “To” field. You can enter the name of the place or specify the exact address. The drop-down suggestions will make the search faster and easier.

How far in advance should I book a transfer in Azerbaijan?
The timing depends on the vehicle class.
Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Azerbaijan is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Azerbaijan arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.

How do I find my driver before my transfer in Azerbaijan?
Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during the booking.
For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.
For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.
