It was a rather long journey that took nearly 5 hours, but this was not due to the driver's fault (please note not due to the driver's fault) but due to traffic. The driver was very helpful especially when had to find the drop off place.

This was a really good experience! Our female driver was super nice and arrived early to the hotel (which was great!). She had a new carseat that could be used rear-faced (for my 1,5 year old). She was also a very good and cautious driver.

Recently there are many scams in Narita Airport regarding taxis so I was very skeptical at first. And now I can say I’m glad I chose this option. Had a great experience using Kiwi taxi to travel from São Paulo to Paraty! Smooth ride, easy pickup from our apartment in the city and drop off to our Airbnb in Paraty. Our driver Eliel was very nice and spoke a good amount of English, kindly pointing out some sights along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Kiwi Taxi has been a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our changing the pick up time in both picking us up and dropping us back off at the port the next day, They waited as we disembarked our cruise ship, where our overnight bags were put in the van for us and we were given water bottles. The van was luxurious and roomy, so the 2 1/2 hour drive was very comfortable. I will definitely use them again when I’m traveling.

We were a group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids), we have booked return transfer from Munich to Saalbach. The driver was nice and friendly. We were kept informed via WhatsApp messages, so no issues at all. The car was a good size and the 3 home journey went smoothly. We will definitely be using these services again!

How to Get to Finkenberg
Finkenberg is a beautiful Austrian village situated in the Zillertal valley at an altitude of 840 m. This resort attracts tourists with its calm atmosphere and reasonable prices. Not far from it, one may also find other famous ski areas such as Mayrhofen (3 km) and Hintertux (14 km). If you’re one of those travelers planning to visit this amazing place, you may be interested in travel options to reach it. Thus, there are taxis, private transfers, and public transportation you can choose from.
Taxi to Finkenberg
The nearest international airport is located in Innsbruck (70 km). To get from there to the resort fast, you may take a taxi. Cabs can be taken from the rank located directly in front of the terminal building. Also, you may call one of the taxi companies or book a car via their websites. The average price for a journey from the air hub to Finkenberg is €145. The approximate travel time is 1 hour and 5 minutes. Keep in mind that it might be difficult to find a minibus taxi on the spot. Also, not all cab drivers speak English.
Transfer to Finkenberg
Using a private transfer service is a very convenient way to get to the resort. With it, you don’t have to worry about possible language problems or about how you will carry your large ski equipment. The Kiwitaxi website is available in English, and if you have any questions about your transfer, an English-speaking support team will always help you. In case you’re traveling with lots of ski equipment, you may easily book a minivan or a minibus. An Economy-class taxi transfer to Finkenberg from Innsbruck Airport will cost you €162. You won’t lose even a minute upon arrival: your transfer driver will already be inside the air hub waiting for you. Also, you may consider reserving a return transfer.
Public Transport to Finkenberg
The cheapest option to reach Finkenberg from Innsbruck Airport is by public transportation. First, you’ll have to reach Mayrhofen by train. This trip will take you 2 to 2.5 hours and will cost you €14.30. Be ready to make two changes on the way. Finally, in Mayrhofen, you’ll need to take a free shuttle or the local bus line 4104 running to Finkenberg (around 10 minutes).
Please check all the timetables in advance as all these services don’t run 24/7. If you’re planning to travel at night, it would be better to pre-arrange a taxi cab or a private transfer.

This resort is an amazing place for families with children. Here, one may find some ski schools with their own children’s ski areas as well as some children clubs.

How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
