I have continued to use Kiwi Taxifor several years now after I was introduced to thier service using another car service overseas and now book directly with them as opposed to the other service that has slightly higher pricing and have been pleased with thier service ever since. I would like to thank again here to Lina, the lovely person who took care of this ride update, and everything related. The initial driver, by hearing there will be an extra passenger required 15 euro cash, saying he will not drive my manager to the airport unless we are willing to pay. I asked Lina to allocate me a new driver; Aleksandr (the new driver) was a remarkable driver, coming even earlier to pick my manager from the hotel and the other passenger. Lina ensured me there will be no extra payment. The driver kept close by whatsapp saying what car and registration number my manager should look for, when exiting the hotel to go the airport! Exquisite services! Thank you!

We made a last minute reservation for airport transport, which made us nervous. But it was easy to order, confirmation received immediately and the driver contacted us by WhatsApp after confirmation. He also contacted about 10 minutes before pick-up to tell he is coming. Great service! The car was fresh and clean and the driver was very polite. We warmly recommend Kiwitaxi!

Decided quite late to leave the cruise ship and take the option of an o’night stay in Bangkok. Checked out a few transport options and settled on Kiwitaxi and we’re glad we did. Seamless booking, kept in contact, leading up to pick up, very pleasant, safe and efficient driver, very little English (and our Thai is non-existent) but he had all the information. The car was late model and very clean. We’re using the company again for our return trip - so far, seamless process. Highly recommend..

I am impressed with this company. The booking process was easy to follow, and the information provided was very helpful. The driver was waiting for us with a clear message board with my name and we left the arrivals hall quickly. The car was as described and held our luggage comfortably. The journey was quicker than expected and the driver was competent, and pleasant. We have pre-booked the return journey and have feel confident in using the company again.

How to Get to Alpendorf
If planning to spend your vacation in the Alpine resort of Alpendorf, you should know for sure how to get there from the nearest entry points – such as airports or major cities. We provide in this short article available transportation options: by taxi, transfer, and public transport.
Taxi to Alpendorf
The closest air hub to the resort is in Salzburg. You’ll find the airport taxi cabs in the area outside the arrivals hall. Be ready to wait in a line to hire a car. Taxi prices may be both meter-based or fixed. Depending on a situation, negotiate a price beforehand or make sure a driver turns the meter on. An average taxi travel from Salzburg air hub to Alpendorf makes around 150 euros, taking 45 minutes. Getting from Munich will cost about 330 euros and take 2,5 hours.
Transfer to Alpendorf
Pre-ordered transportation is the most convenient way to travel that is especially suitable for people valuing comfort and high-level door-to-door service. With a private transfer, you’ll be timely picked up at the agreed place to be fast and safely brought to the drop-off point. Also, with a transfer option, you choose a vehicle class and know a fare in advance.
To book a Kiwitaxi transfer, indicate your starting point and a destination address, how many people will go, and order child seats for children traveling with you. Depending on a chosen car class, a fare for reaching Alpendorf from Salzburg Airport starts from 113 euros. All transfer fares are fixed and won’t change. The travel takes about 45 minutes. The trip will cost 10-16 euros per passenger and take around 75 minutes. Setting off from Munich main railway terminal, you can take a train going to Schwarzach-St.Veit station. From there, you’ll have to take a taxi or transfer to reach the resort.
Remember to check the timetable, as it’s quite changeable.
About Alpendorf
The town is located in the Ski Amade resort area, surrounded by magnificent mountains. Alpendorf offers a great range of ski runs with different levels of difficulty.

How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
