This was the easiest trip I have had in many years. The driver in Georgia was just a lovely person, on-time and carried my bag right upto the border control and so helpful. Gave me the license plate number and showed me a picture of the car on the Armenian side. The driver on the Armenian side was waiting at the entrance to the country, had a sign with my name on it and off we went. We stopped for a snack and bathroom break halfway to Yerevan and he was also a very nice man. Total trip time was almost 6-hours, from Tbilisi to Yerevan and I will not hesitate to use this company again, hopefully they will be in the other countries I visit.

I would like to thank again here to Lina, the lovely person who took care of this ride update, and everything related. The initial driver, by hearing there will be an extra passenger required 15 euro cash, saying he will not drive my manager to the airport unless we are willing to pay. I asked Lina to allocate me a new driver; Aleksandr (the new driver) was a remarkable driver, coming even earlier to pick my manager from the hotel and the other passenger. Lina ensured me there will be no extra payment. The driver kept close by whatsapp saying what car and registration number my manager should look for, when exiting the hotel to go the airport! Exquisite services! Thank you!

We made a last minute reservation for airport transport, which made us nervous. But it was easy to order, confirmation received immediately and the driver contacted us by WhatsApp after confirmation. He also contacted about 10 minutes before pick-up to tell he is coming. Great service! The car was fresh and clean and the driver was very polite. We warmly recommend Kiwitaxi!

Advantages of the Kiwitaxi transfer to Yerevan
It is safe and convenient to travel across Europe. Public transport is usually well developed in any city. Taxi services have fixed fares, so you won't need to bargain. However, the transfer is still the best option to choose.
Transfer to Yerevan is faster
The main problem of public transport is that it goes on schedule, and with city taxi services, you spend a lot of time searching for a vacant car. Besides, not every driver will agree to take you to another city.
- The transfer arrives when it is convenient for you.
- It is 2 — 2.5 times faster than public transport.
- The driver plans the route around the city in advance, to avoid possible traffic jams.
- You won't waste your time looking for the car, as the driver meets you and walks you to it.
Transfer to Yerevan is more comfortable
Public transport by definition is not able to provide individual comfort for every passenger. Taxi drivers may not always be polite to you, so you won't want to ask them anything. In addition, you might need to know the local language.
- In the transfer, you are able to control the temperature inside the car. If the music seems too loud, the driver will make it quieter at your first request.
- If you or any of your companions get sick on the road, our driver will stop without any problems. In public transport, this situation may lead to the discontent of other passengers.
- In Kiwitaxi, you can book a transfer in your own language and our support service speaks English. If you don't feel like it, you may not talk to the driver at all. They have all the travel details in the voucher.
- Kiwitaxi cars are always clean and in good condition. We don't use cars which are more than 7 years old.
Transfer to Yerevan is easy to pay
Public transport services can be paid for only in cash or with a special city transport card. In a taxi, the cost is determined by the taxi meter, so the taxi driver will tell you the price only at the end of the trip - budget planning is problematic in this case.

- The cost of the trip is known in advance - you will not need to guess the price of the trip to another city.
- The price is fixed. After the booking, it will not be affected by currency changes or traffic jams.
FAQ
How do I find and book a transfer?
Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.
Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.
If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.
If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
How can I find my driver?
Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.
If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
Meet-up instructions are given in the voucher confirming your booking.
