I was pleasantly surprised that my return ride was GREAT. I had some problems with my first ride from the Istanbul Airport into town and had planned to also handle the return trip with Kiwitaxi. This drive and this trip was very good. The vehicle was clean, the driver arrived 10 minutes early, was very helpful in getting our bags into the vehicle, was polite, spoke Turkish, Arabic, and English. He was a safe driver, did NOT use his phone during the trip, was friendly but also was appropriately quiet. It was a good last impression that was left.

Kirill is excellent. Very caring, helping, intelligent with great driving skills. In our short drive home we had a guided tour around dinner of the Barcelona's famous neighbourhoods and landmarks and had a lecture on history of the city. Overall top notch service and great value for money.

Transfer in Algeria
Algeria is the largest country in Africa. The Sahara Desert occupies 80% of its territory, and its sand dunes are the main attraction of the state. There are four ways of traveling around Algeria, no matter whether you are going to the airport or anywhere else: buses, shuttle buses, taxis, and transfers. There will be no problems with finding a taxi: there is a lot of taxis here. On the other hand, it causes high competitiveness, which can be even dangerous for the client. There have been cases when other taxi drivers blocked the road from the airport to a rival driver, and as a result of local fights, the innocent tourist suffered.
Official taxicabs in the country have to be equipped with taximeters, but this rule is not always followed. Therefore, if there is no taxi meter in the car, try to negotiate the price of the trip in advance. The average cost of a trip around the city should not exceed 4 dollars.

Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours prior to your trip.
If you don't have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer. We will inform you as soon as possible whether we can provide the service or not.
What should I do if my flight to Algeria is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com, by using the online chat on our website, or by calling +442080682801.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
What should I do if my flight to Algeria arrives early?
If your flight arrives early, your driver may not be at the meeting point with a nameplate yet. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You can also contact the driver by phone or SMS to speed up your meeting at the airport.

How do I find my driver before my transfer in Algeria?
Important note: Your driver will meet you with a nameplate displaying the first and last names you provided during the booking.
For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas.
For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby.
