Kiwitaxi sets a commission for each transfer, which is then shared with you.

The commission you earn typically ranges from 6% to 15% of the transfer price.

Kiwitaxi's commission varies depending on the region where the transfer is booked. However, this does not affect your earnings:

1. Net rate: This rate is automatically set upon registration and includes a discount equivalent to the agency fee. With the net rate, you pay a discounted price for the transfer and receive the difference from the client afterward. For example, if a transfer costs 30 EUR, you only pay 25 EUR when booking and get 5 EUR from your clients directly. Note that in this case, the commission for the order doesn't accumulate on your balance.

2. Gross rate: This includes the full transfer cost, giving you a clear overview of the total price. With the gross rate, you pay the full price upfront, and the commission is credited to your balance. Over time, your rewards accumulate as you book more transfers.

You can modify your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start

To make changes, go to the "Transfer orders" page, select the booking you want to modify, and click on it. This will take you to a page with all the booking details. From there, you can update the booking, download the voucher or receipt, or cancel it.

Commissions are paid monthly, from the 10th to the 20th, as soon as the minimum payout threshold for your chosen payment method is reached. For example, for Payoneer, the minimum payout is 50 USD/EUR. If the minimum is not met, the payment will carry over to the next month.

You can withdraw your commission using several payment methods, including SEPA, SWIFT, Payoneer, Visa/Mastercard, and more. Alternatively, you can use your commission balance as cashback to pay for your trips.

To see your commission for a booking, simply select a route. In the list of transfers, next to the price for each vehicle class, you'll find the standard travel agent commission.

If you don't see the commission section when selecting a car class, press SHIFT+R.

This will display your commission as an amount of the total transfer cost.

All commissions are available in the "Balance" tab of your personal account.

The most common reason is that you made the booking while not logged into your Personal Account, which means the transfer was processed as a regular user. Please ensure you're logged in before making bookings. The URL of the page should start with https://b2b.kiwitaxi.com.

This means the transfer has either not been completed yet, or it has been completed but 14 days have not passed since the service was provided. This 14-day period allows for any claims from the client. Once the transfer is successfully completed and no claims are made, the commission status will automatically change to "Approved."
