I have continued to use Kiwi Taxifor several years now after I was introduced to thier service using another car service overseas and now book directly with them as opposed to the other service that has slightly higher pricing and have been pleased with thier service ever since. Hurtigt svar på vores spørgsmål inden ferien. Vi fik et whatsapp nr. på vores chauffør, inden og afrejse, og da landede skrev vores chauffør til os, at han ventede på os som aftalt. Turen til hotellet gik super godt, og vores chauffør var mega hjælpsom og venlig. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra.

I would like to thank again here to Lina, the lovely person who took care of this ride update, and everything related. The initial driver, by hearing there will be an extra passenger required 15 euro cash, saying he will not drive my manager to the airport unless we are willing to pay. I asked Lina to allocate me a new driver; Aleksandr (the new driver) was a remarkable driver, coming even earlier to pick my manager from the hotel and the other passenger. Lina ensured me there will be no extra payment. The driver kept close by whatsapp saying what car and registration number my manager should look for, when exiting the hotel to go the airport! Exquisite services! Thank you!

We made a last minute reservation for airport transport, which made us nervous. But it was easy to order, confirmation received immediately and the driver contacted us by WhatsApp after confirmation. He also contacted about 10 minutes before pick-up to tell he is coming. Great service! The car was fresh and clean and the driver was very polite. We warmly recommend Kiwitaxi!

A good cab service. App easy to use. The drivers are always on time or earlier, the car is clean , safe driving and gets you to where you need to go, even though there’s short cuts. Very impressed and I’ll use them again

Decided quite late to leave the cruise ship and take the option of an o’night stay in Bangkok. Checked out a few transport options and settled on Kiwitaxi and we’re glad we did. Seamless booking, kept in contact, leading up to pick up, very pleasant, safe and efficient driver, very little English (and our Thai is non-existent) but he had all the information. The car was late model and very clean. We’re using the company again for our return trip - so far, seamless process. Highly recommend..

I am impressed with this company. The booking process was easy to follow, and the information provided was very helpful. The driver was waiting for us with a clear message board with my name and we left the arrivals hall quickly. The car was as described and held our luggage comfortably. Come trovare il transfer adatto?

Nel modulo di prenotazione, indicate nel campo «DA» il luogo di partenza, nel campo «A» la destinazione. Si può selezionare la città, l’aeroporto, la stazione, il porto e l’hotel dal menu a tendina, oppure scrivere l’indirizzo esatto di partenza.

Cliccate il tasto «Trova». Scegliete la classe del transfer desiderato e cliccate su «Prenota» per confermare la prenotazione.

Quanto tempo prima del viaggio è possibile effettuare la prenotazione?

I transfer in veicoli Premium, Premium Minibus da 6 posti e in autobus multi-posti (Minibus da 10, 13, 16, 19 posti e Shuttle) devono essere prenotati almeno 24 ore prima del servizio.

I transfer in tutte le altre classi di veicoli (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan da 4 pax, Minibus da 7 posti) devono essere prenotati entro e non oltre le 16 ore prima del servizio.

E’ possibile effettuare una prenotazione urgente, anche se è rimasto poco tempo prima del viaggio. Riceveremo la vostra richiesta, cercheremo di organizzare il transfer e vi informeremo se siamo in grado di fornire il servizio.

Come posso verificare che la mia prenotazione è stata confermata?

La conferma della prenotazione arriva via mail, con il voucher che contiene il numero della prenotazione e tutti i dettagli del transfer. Se non avete ricevuto la mail di conferma, contattate il nostro consulente via mail all'indirizzo support@kiwitaxi.com, oppure via chat o telefonicamente.

Che cosa succede se il mio volo sarà ritardato?

Appena venite a sapere del ritardo del vostro volo, siete pregati di informare il conducente al numero che vi abbiamo inviato in precedenza, oppure il consulente del servizio clienti Kiwitaxi via mail support@kiwitaxi.com o tramite chat online o telefonicamente.

Come posso riconoscere l'autista?

Importante: l'autista vi verrà a prendere con un cartello con scritto il vostro nome e cognome, così come indicati sulla prenotazione.

In caso di arrivo all’aeroporto, l'autista vi aspetterà dopo il controllo passaporti e il ritiro bagagli, all'uscita dalla zona riservata, nella hall degli arrivi.

Quando partite dall'hotel, l'autista vi aspetterà nella hall. Le istruzioni riguardanti l’incontro con l’autista sono contenute nel voucher.
