This was a really good experience! Our female driver was super nice and arrived early to the hotel (which was great!). She had a new carseat that could be used rear-faced (for my 1,5 year old). She was also a very good and cautious driver.

Recently there are many scams in Narita Airport regarding taxis so I was very skeptical at first. And now I can say I’m glad I chose this option. Our driver, Orlando, was excellent — professional, friendly, and clearly knew the roads well. He made the whole journey feel easy and comfortable, from pickup to drop-off. Had a great experience using Kiwi taxi to travel from São Paulo to Paraty! Smooth ride, easy pickup from our apartment in the city and drop off to our Airbnb in Paraty. Our driver Eliel was very nice and spoke a good amount of English, kindly pointing out some sights along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Kiwi Taxi has been a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our changing the pick up time in both picking us up and dropping us back off at the port the next day, They waited as we disembarked our cruise ship, where our overnight bags were put in the van for us and we were given water bottles. The van was luxurious and roomy, so the 2 1/2 hour drive was very comfortable. I will definitely use them again when I’m traveling.

We were kept informed via WhatsApp messages, so no issues at all. The car was a good size and the 3 home journey went smoothly. We will definitely be using these services again!
