Marco was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! The van that picked us up was pure luxury with cranking AC! The ride to Bologna was very comfortable with waters provided and help storing our luggage for the day while we explored the city. We can’t say enough about Marco! Perfect. Pick up point changed while we were on the river cruise so we called KIWI from the ship and updated the pick up point. No trouble reaching them and making the change. Driver showed up promptly at the designated time and place. Driver operated vehicle safely. We were originally concerned about booking KIWI as we had no prior experience with them and picked them from an on line search. We would certainly use KIWI again.

Excellent service with a clean comfortable car. Pleasant, courtious and safe driver with very good communication skills. My ride was over 2 hours long. My driver, Vicky, waited for my extended immigration process at the airport and navigated safely around a recent serious multi-car accident scene all through rainy conditions at night. The door to door personalized service is excellent.

Adja meg a kiindulás helyszínét a keresőoldalon szereplő „Honnan” mezőben, a „Hová” rubrikába pedig írja be az úticélt. Válassza ki a legördülő menüből a szükséges várost, repülőteret, pályaudvart, kikötőt, vagy hotelt vagy adja meg a pontos címet!
Kattintson a “Keresés” gombra. Válassza ki az autó típusát és a foglalás elindításához kattintson a „Rendelés” gombra.
Töltse ki a rendelési űrlap kötelező mezőit. Ha kérdése van, írjon nekünk az online-chaten vagy hívja az ügyfélszolgálatot.
Az utazás előtt mennyi idővel kell leadni a rendelést?
A Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax és a sok férőhelyes autóbuszok (Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19pax, Shuttle) esetében legalább 24 órával az út előtt.
A többi autótípus esetében (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) legalább 16 órával az út előtt szükséges leadni a rendelést.
Ha ennél kevesebb ideje maradt az utazásig, adhat le sürgős megrendelést. Miután megkaptuk a kérését, megpróbálunk autót találni, majd értesítjük Önt, tudjuk-e teljesíteni a kívánt szolgáltatást.
Hogyan győződhetek meg arról, hogy a rendelésemet befogadták?
A foglalás során megadott elektronikus email címre kap egy visszaigazolást egy bizonylat formájában, amelyben szerepel a rendelés száma és minden adat az útról. Ha nem kapott visszaigazoló emailt, mindenképpen vegye fel a kapcsolatot a menedzserrel a support@kiwitaxi.com, email címen, a chaten vagy telefonon keresztül.
Mi a teendő, ha a járat késik?
Amint megtudja, hogy a járat késik, értesítse a sofőrt az emailben előre kiküldött telefonszámon, vagy vegye fel a kapcsolatot a Kiwitaxi ügyfélszolgálati menedzseréval a support@kiwitaxi.com email címen, online-chaten, vagy telefonon.
Hogyan találom meg a sofőrt?
Figyelem: a sofőr a foglalás során megadott névvel és vezetéknévvel ellátott táblával várja Önt.
Ha a transzfert a repülőtérre rendelte, a sofőr a beérkező járatok zónában várja az útlevél-ellenőrzés és a csomagfelvétel után.
Ha a hotelből indul, a sofőr a hotel előterében fogja várni. A találkozót illető instrukciókat a foglalást megerősítő bizonylatban találja.
