The booking was easy and choices of cars were great. Driver came early and I’ve seen him do final preparations for the car before sending us a message that he has arrived. Gentleman, dressed nicely, took our luggage in the car and closed our doors. The car was clean, driving was nice and we came with no issues or delays. There was even an accident on the road to which he took another route and saved us some time. 10/10 would recommend.

What a wonderful company! We had several glitches in our schedule and had to adjust locations and times more than once. We got superior service from not only the schedulers, who went way above and beyond, but also the drivers, who were very courteous, very patient, very accommodating and very skilled. I would not hesitate to use this company again and again when we travel.

Best service I ever had. Driver came 15 min before and contacted me. No hurry. Very friendly driver suggested water and WiFi, drove very carefully. Car was looking like a new and clean. Thanks once again!

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very well organized. Communication with Natallia started the day before the transfer and was very accurate and professional. She was waiting to greet us right after we exited the terminal. The driver was also already in position to pick us up. He helped with the luggage and a child seat was provided. The car was spacious and clean. The driver was very friendly and also shared useful information about the island. Overall, a very high level of service. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for your help to adjust the Arrivals Time due of the delay of the Flight. We wait longer time for our luggages and the driver has wait for us almost two hours. The taxi was really nice with a lot of places for the luggages and the six passengers. The driver was very nice and very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to locate him at the airport. Thanks, everything was perfect

We had an excellent experience with our driver Vidran. Even though our flight arrival time was changed several times, Kiwi taxi acknowledged and adjusted to our changes. Vidran was at the airport and met us as soon as we left the baggage claim area. The drive was smooth and he gave us a excellent orientation to Croatia. Very polite and accommodating.

Joseba was great, on time, beautifully clean car and very professional. Smooth quick trip and a great conversation along the way. Would highly recommend especially given the challenge of booking a taxi from San Sebastián to the train station over the border in France.

Our transfer from the hotel to Istanbul Airport was smooth and stress-free. The driver was punctual and incredibly professional - he helped with the luggage and made sure I was comfortable throughout the ride. The car was spotless, spacious, and air-conditioned, which made the journey even more pleasant.

He was by far the best taxi driver I have ever had. He contacted me 48 hours before my ride to ask for the details, and again 4 hours before to confirm the pickup location. He was perfectly punctual, extremely kind, and truly empathetic. He drove very safely yet efficiently, helped me with my backpacks, and even offered me some cookies. I was feeling exhausted and unwell after a two day journey from Peru to Düsseldorf, and his support made all the difference. I could not be more grateful for his service, he truly deserves an award.
