As I struggled to find the correct place, we had to move from one location to another several times. Even though the driver did not fully understand what was happening, he never complained, never showed frustration, and never abandoned me. Instead, he patiently stayed by my side, carried my backpack, and continued helping me until the very end. At that moment, he was no longer just a taxi driver. He felt like a trusted friend in a foreign country. 2. The first time in my life I gave tips twice! I must confess something rather funny. I am well known among my friends and family for being extremely careful with money! Normally, I give tips only when I feel obligated to. But today was different. For the first time in my 80 years of life, I gave a tip out of genuine gratitude — and then gave another one because I was so deeply touched by the driver's kindness. Yes, twice! For someone as frugal as me, that is almost a miracle! 3. Thoughtful service during a long journey During the long drive, the driver thoughtfully played music suited to my taste so that I would not feel bored. It was a small gesture, but it revealed his genuine care for his passenger's comfort. 4. Kiwitaxi deserves international recognition I have traveled to many countries, but this experience stands out as one of the most heartwarming examples of customer service I have ever received. If Kiwitaxi expands its services into South Korea, I sincerely believe it could become very successful. Excellent service! As a solo traveler with limited language skills, I was very impressed by the clear name sign, which made it extremely easy to find my driver. On previous trips, I often had trouble finding drivers booked through hotels or travel agencies, so this service gave me great peace of mind. The driver welcomed me with a warm smile even around midnight. I already have four more Kiwitaxi transfers booked and now look forward to them without any worries. The driver showed up on time, kindly loaded my luggage into the vehicle and unloaded it onto a cart for me once I got to the airport. He was very kind and we got to the airport so quickly (usually it takes forever) that the check in desk wasn’t even open yet😂

Booking process was fast transparent, and at a good price. Driver picked us up from the hotel Crowne Plaza Limassol. There was a Pan-Cypris Marathon and some roads were closed for the cars, so driver informed us in advance that there might be some pick up delays. But there weren't . The vehicle has exceeded my expectations! Same nice car , same nice driver as from Airport to Hotel, now from Hotel to Airport!

We had an excellent experience with kiwitaxi booking a ride from a river boat excursion in Passau to the Munich airport. We didn’t provide a ton of notice, but the service was highly responsive via email and WhatsApp when we corresponded with the driver. Quote was provided quickly up front and items such as fees for an extra drop off, which we needed, were communicated clearly in advance. Driver was responsive, accommodated an earlier pick up that we requested, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would recommend kiwitaxi based on this favourable experience.

First time using Kiwitaxi and was very satisfied with the airport pickup and intercity transport service at China. As a family traveling with young children, the service provided was convenient, professional and made our journey smooth when moving between cities. Coordinator did timely communication few days and the night before the trip with all details. Once reached Shanghai Pudong airport, there was timely communication on the arrival of the driver too. Throughout the intercity transport journey, the driver drove professionally and carefully without delay. We felt safe the whole journey. Additionally, we chose Kiwitaxi due its pricing point, as it was reasonable compared to pickup dervice from other travel platforms.
