The trip went perfectly: the driver was waiting with a sign right at the exit and stayed in touch with us when our flight was delayed. He dropped us off right at the doorstep of our address in Castellammare di Stabia. The service deserves high praise. In addition, after you place an order, the company provides a discount coupon for your next ride, and compared to other services, it offers lower prices. I highly recommend it!

I had a tight schedule and was a bit worried about missing my flight, but everything went smoothly and I arrived at the airport on time. Reliable service, I would definitely use them.

I booked an airport transfer from the airport to my hotel and back, and both rides were wonderful. Each time the driver arrived right on time and met me with a name sign, which made everything easy and completely stress-free. The drivers were polite, friendly, and very welcoming. The cars were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout the journey. After traveling, it was such a relief to rely on such professional and well-organized service. I’m truly delighted with the experience and would recommend this company wholeheartedly. A perfect beginning and a perfect end to my trip!

Both rides we booked with KIWI taxi were as expected. Drivers were considered and cacreful drivers, on time and helpful with luggage. I forgot my handbag in the car at the ride from Klaeng to Bangkok. I need a special medicine which was in that handbag. Immidiately I contacted Kiwi by phone as well via chat via website. The responsible local manager and Anne Woods at chat were absolutely of help! It did not take a full hour and the driver brought my handback to the hotel. So even in case of an emergency this company is of help and did immidiately all needed to help me. I cannot stress how thankful I am and without any hesitation I recommend this company!

Como verificar se minha reserva foi recebida?
Depois de fazer a reserva você receberá a confirmação no seu email – um ficheiro com número da reserva e todos os outros dados da viagem. Essa confirmação significa que o seu auto está reservado e o condutor o recolherá na hora marcada. Se você não recebeu o email de confirmação, entre em contacto com nosso pessoal.
O que fazer se o voo foi atrasado?
Assim que souber que o seu voo vai atrasar, comunique isso a seu condutor ou a nosso pessoal. Indique o número da sua reserva e o número do voo.
Como faço para achar o meu condutor?
O seu condutor estará esperando por você com um cartaz com seu nome. Se a viagem for do aeroporto, o condutor estará esperando na zona de chegadas. Se for do hotel, ele estará no saguão do hotel.
