Thanks for your help to adjust the Arrivals Time due of the delay of the Flight. We wait longer time for our luggages and the driver has wait for us almost two hours. We had an excellent experience with our driver Vidran. Even though our flight arrival time was changed several times, Kiwi taxi acknowledged and adjusted to our changes. Vidran was at the airport and met us as soon as we left the baggage claim area. The drive was smooth and he gave us a excellent orientation to Croatia. Very polite and accommodating.

He was by far the best taxi driver I have ever had. He contacted me 48 hours before my ride to ask for the details, and again 4 hours before to confirm the pickup location. He was perfectly punctual, extremely kind, and truly empathetic. He drove very safely yet efficiently, helped me with my backpacks, and even offered me some cookies. I was feeling exhausted and unwell after a two day journey from Peru to Düsseldorf, and his support made all the difference. I could not be more grateful for his service, he truly deserves an award.

Driver arrived as arranged and the journey went without any problems for a hassle free arrival at Budapest Airport.
