I booked an airport transfer from the airport to my hotel and back, and both rides were wonderful. Each time the driver arrived right on time and met me with a name sign, which made everything easy and completely stress-free. The drivers were polite, friendly, and very welcoming. The cars were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout the journey. After traveling, it was such a relief to rely on such professional and well-organized service. Both rides we booked with KIWI taxi were as expected. Drivers were considered and cacreful drivers, on time and helpful with luggage. I forgot my handbag in the car at the ride from Klaeng to Bangkok. I need a special medicine which was in that handbag. Immidiately I contacted Kiwi by phone as well via chat via website. The responsible local manager and Anne Woods at chat were absolutely of help! It did not take a full hour and the driver brought my handback to the hotel. So even in case of an emergency this company is of help and did immidiately all needed to help me. I cannot stress how thankful I am and without any hesitation I recommend this company!

Very friendly driver that took us from BKK airport to Trat very smooth and comfortable. We were two and got plenty of room in the car. Driver spoke no english but we used Google Translate to communicate with each other. I would definitely use Kiwi taxi again and the same driver if I could choose.

The driver Roberto arrive 5 mins early, open the doors for us and loaded all the bags. My wife got assistance from him getting out of the car, he unloaded the bags and left on pavement for us. Car was clean and tidy, excellent journey overall

Their communication was excellent all the way through, from the initial confirmation, to the day before when confirming driver details, to on the day with the driver. The service was excellent, with drivers on time, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Would highly recommend their service.

Hoe vind ik de juiste transfer?
In het veld "Van" van het zoekformulier geeft u de plaats van vertrek aan en in het veld "Naar" wordt de bestemming ingevuld. U kunt de gewenste stad, de luchthaven, het treinstation, de haven en het hotel selecteren in het vervolgkeuzemenu of het exacte adres van de plaats invullen.
Klik op de knop "Zoeken". Selecteer de juiste klasse van de transfer en klik op "Bestellen" om naar de boeking te gaan.
Vul alle verplichte velden in op het bestelformulier. Als u vragen hebt kunt u een bericht plaatsen in online chat of de klantenservice bellen.
Hoe lang van tevoren moet ik een bestelling plaatsen?
Reizen met Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax en multi-seat bussen (Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19pax en Shuttle) moeten uiterlijk 24 uur vóór de reis worden geboekt.
Reizen met alle andere auto’s (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) moeten uiterlijk 16 uur vóór de reis worden besteld.
U kunt een spoedbestelling plaatsen als er minder tijd over is voor de reis plaatsvindt. Als we uw aanvraag binnen krijgen gaan we meteen op zoek naar een vervoerder. We laten u weten of we de service in dit geval kunnen verlenen.
Hoe kan ik controleren of mijn bestelling werd geaccepteerd?
Op uw e-mail dat u hebt aangegeven tijdens het boeken krijgt u een bevestiging - een voucher met het bestelnummer en alle reisgegevens. Als u geen bevestigingsmail hebt ontvangen neemt u dan contact op met de manager via support@kiwitaxi.com of in online chat.
Wat kan ik doen als mijn vlucht een vertraging heeft?
Zodra u weet dat uw vlucht een vertraging oploopt moet u de chauffeur daarover laten weten via het telefoonnummer dat we u van tevoren hebben gestuurd of een mail sturen naar support@kiwitaxi.com of in online chat.
Hoe vind ik mijn chauffeur?
Belangrijk: de chauffeur ontmoet u met een bord waarop de voor- en achternaam staat die in de bestelling zijn vermeld.
De chauffeur zal in de aankomsthal op u wachten nadat u de paspoortcontrole hebt gepasseerd en uw bagage hebt ontvangen.
Als u vanuit het hotel reist zal de chauffeur op u in de lobby van het hotel wachten. De instructies voor de ontmoeting staan in de voucher die de boeking bevestigt.
