As a family traveling with young children, the service provided was convenient, professional and made our journey smooth when moving between cities. Coordinator did timely communication few days and the night before the trip with all details. Once reached Shanghai Pudong airport, there was timely communication on the arrival of the driver too. Throughout the intercity transport journey, the driver drove professionally and carefully without delay. We felt safe the whole journey. Additionally, we chose Kiwitaxi due its pricing point, as it was reasonable compared to pickup dervice from other travel platforms. We highly recommend Kiwitaxi for family travelling with kids at China.
