He was by far the best taxi driver I have ever had. He contacted me 48 hours before my ride to ask for the details, and again 4 hours before to confirm the pickup location. He was perfectly punctual, extremely kind, and truly empathetic. He drove very safely yet efficiently, helped me with my backpacks, and even offered me some cookies. I was feeling exhausted and unwell after a two day journey from Peru to Düsseldorf, and his support made all the difference. I could not be more grateful for his service, he truly deserves an award.

Driver arrived as arranged and the journey went without any problems for a hassle free arrival at Budapest Airport. I have previously used the Kiwi transfer service and I am impressed with the service, from the ordering process and the help provided by the support team in answering any questions and advice given.
