How to Get from Al Barsha to Dubai Airport and Other Destinations
Al Barsha is a new and modern district in the western part of Dubai. Although it is still being built and doesn’t have plenty of places of interest, it attracts lots of tourists from all around the globe. Travelers usually reach this area of the city by public transportation or using taxi services and private transfers.
Taxi from Al Barsha
Taxi fares in the whole city are regulated and are calculated according to the reading on the taximeter. On average, a standard cream-colored taxi from Al Barsha to Dubai Airport will cost you 65 AED (around 18 dollars). The travel time won’t be more than 30 minutes. Taxis can be easily ordered here: they can be taken from the ranks, hailed on the street, or booked by phone or on special websites. As fares here are rather low, you may also tip the driver if you like (5 to 10 AED).
