How do I find and book a transfer?

Specify the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination - in the "To" field. You can choose the desired city, airport, train station, port, and hotel from the drop-down menu or enter the exact address of the place.

Click the button "View prices". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.

How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.

If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus 10, 13, 16, 19 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.

If you choose standard types of vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax), transfer must be booked not less than 16 hours before its beginning.

If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking. It will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.

How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please contact our manager by email at support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Kiwitaxi support manager via email support@kiwitaxi.com or in online chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

How to Get From Beyoğlu to Other Destinations 

Beyoğlu district in Istanbul was the international hub of Ottoman Empire for hundred years. It developed with the consulates built over the years and became home to English, French, Dutch, Spanish, and all other nationalities. After turning into the republic, the area still preserved its distinguished neighborhood and modernity. Today, it is still a popular metropolitan destination for both locals and tourists. The area is filled with restaurants, cafes, hotels, and galleries bringing artists together. Along Istiklal Street, you can find shops and restaurants as well as theatres, museums, and nightlife tailored to different needs, traditional or modern. 

Taxi from Beyoğlu 

Official taxis in Turkey are yellow with checkers on top of them. You can flag one down on the street or find one in their waiting lines around central areas. They are very easy to find. All taxis are metered so make sure the meter is turned on. From Beyoğlu to Airports of Istanbul, the cab costs ₺73 to Atatürk International, on the European side and ₺140 approx. €26 to Sabiha Gökçen, one on the Asian side (also known as Anatolian side). For a relaxing evening at the beach, the taxi to Ağva costs ₺280 and takes one hour and a half. Keep in mind that Istanbul has a huge traffic problem and it is not only limited to the rush hour. The taxi fare will change with travel time as well as night tariff and bridge tolls.  

Public Transport from Beyoğlu 

The public transport in Istanbul is cheap but it is also faster when you use trams and metro and stay away from traffic. You have to buy one-time tickets at the ticket machines or get Istanbulkart for ₺6, a little more than €1, and top it up. To Atatürk ınternational, you can take the metro line 2 to Taksim and take the airport bus TH1 for ₺4.45, with a trip taking 40 minutes. From Beyoğlu to the Anatolian side, i.e. Sabiha Gökçen air hub, you can get the bus SG-2 or E3 from the square. A trip costs ₺4.45 and takes an hour. From Beyoğlu to Ataşehir, a residential and business center on the Anatolian side, you can get on minibuses for ₺5.2 from Taksim square.
